With a work time of 30-40 minutes and a tack-free cure time of 90 minutes, PC-Woody reaches full service in 24 hours and maximum cure in 7 days. Its impressive physical properties include a Gardner impact resistance of 100 in/lb, an elongation of 5-7 percent, and non-conductive electrical properties. The material also boasts excellent thermal shock resistance and is safe for use once cured.

Showcasing a tensile shear strength of 850 psi, a compressive yield of 2340 psi, and a flexural strength of 1280 psi, PC-Woody demonstrates its superior structural capabilities. With a water absorption rate of 0.44 percent and a weight (specific gravity) of 0.72 g/cm cube or 0.42 oz/in cube, this epoxy paste maintains a hardness shore of 50-55 (1 week) and a heat deflection temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
